• Minimize sun exposure to the treatment area for at least two weeks before your appointment.
• Shave the treatment area thoroughly the day before or on the morning of your appointment.
• Avoid waxing, plucking, or using depilatory creams on the treatment area for at least four weeks before your appointment.
• Avoid using skincare products containing retinoids, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), or beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) on the treatment area for at least one week before your appointment.

• Apply a soothing gel or cream
• Avoid hot baths or showers for at least 24 hours after treatment
• Avoid activities that may cause sweating or overheating for at least 24 to 48 hours after treatment
• Avoid touching or picking at the treated area
• Keep the treated area moisturized with a gentle, hydrating moisturizer to prevent dryness and promote healing
